Return & Refund Policy

At FreshLock, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Products damaged through misuse are not eligible for return

Return Conditions:

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs
  • A £5 return shipping fee and £3 processing/restocking fee may be deducted from the refund
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Once your return is approved, return instructions will be provided by email.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

Non-returnable items:

  • Used products
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Faulty or incorrect items may qualify for a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
